Remember, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego? God didn't put out the fire, He did however place Jesus in the fire with them and they came out without any burns or the smell of smoke. Sometimes it's not about God stopping all the things that look bad; it's about who is in there with you.
“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze”.- Isaiah 43:2
Sometimes your clearest view of God will be during the fire and trials of life.
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego loved God more than they feared the furnace.
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego trusted that God's way was the best way regardless of the circumstances. Jesus wants us to trust him, just as these three men trusted God. God doesn't promise us a trouble-free life, but He does promise that He will be there in the midst of our sorrows.
